“I’m still in awe of how successful this weekend was. No words to express my joy and gratitude! I have been thinking about all of you every day, I am so moved by each one of you. P3 should rule the world! ♥”
~ Bar Benavi
” I feel wonderful! I feel light as a feather and my heart feels full. My life is new. It is the only way I can describe it. I have already come across two situations where fear would have normally paralyzed me but I went to the triangle and then out that door!!!”
~ Jill Hardester
“I agreed to P3 because my therapist said it would help me. On my way to the first session, I was wondering how to get out of it. By the end of the evening I knew it was going to be a life altering experience. By Sunday morning I felt proud to have earned my “Love Your Life” T-Shirt. After several months I am still proud of that. My life changed completely that weekend. I gained myself back.”

Therapist Testimonials:
“What is P3? That’s what I said when I heard about it. It stands for Personal Power and Prosperity. I had heard from a fellow WLS veteran that a program called P3 had made a significant change in his journey. Well, whenever I hear that, I have to pay attention. We are all different but we all have similar threads that run through our past which brought us to WLS. This person had been working on his journey for years and really struggling. All of a sudden I see a new person emerging. I see a positive attitude towards himself and others. I hear he is having greater success in his weight loss and I have to take notice. What is P3 and how can I find out more about it?
So…a few weeks back I signed up for a P3 Personal Power and Prosperity Workshop which took place at a hotel in the Boca area. The group of people who attended were incredibly diverse in every way. There were young folks and older folks, guys and gals, single & married, all faiths and nationalities, and in all shapes and sizes. We all started out as strangers and we all ended up as family. It definitely was an empowering experience.
I don’t want to give away all the details but I will say, if you are looking for a safe and positive environment in which to learn tools that will help you get in touch with your feelings, P3 is for you. You have to experience it, in order to know if this will work for you. It cannot harm you in any way. There were some amazing transformations that weekend. It could possibly open up the doors to your heart and to your soul. I did get in touch with my inner little child. That was a very nice experience for me.
Give it some thought. It might be just what you need to get you on the road to success.
This is not a weight loss program. Remember most of our journey is not about our weight, but more about the feelings we either fear or cannot even acknowledge. Weight loss might be a secondary benefit of this program. I am happy to answer your questions and to introduce you to the people who might have additional information.”
~ Paula Kosseff, WLS Veterans
“Every single time I attend a P3 Workshop, my heart explodes (in a good way) and I’m uplifted greatly to watch the miracles and profound transformations that occur. There are not many things that I recommend wholeheartedly. However, I believe that a great deal of suffering – both emotionally and physically would be alleviated if people where to commit to this experience.”
~ Dr. Melissa Andersson, Human Potential Central
“I am pleased and grateful to have a safe place to refer my clients who can benefit from an experiential activity that I am unable to provide in an individual therapeutic setting. My clients and I grow from P3 weekends. The facilitators are skilled, the assistants are caring, and other students are supportive.”
